WEEK 5 - A harder exercise i am yet to find....

This so so simple yet so so effective...

In order to build the cerbellum, we have to stimulate the nerves , to work harder than they are used to normally work.

Just like bulding muscle, by using controlled resistance exercises, using controlled exercise that requires the cerebellum to work harder than it is used to, stimulates the cerebllum to grow "stronger" so it can handle this new wokload its given....

So the aim of using a balance board, is that it takes up alot of the cerebellums "resources", so that an extra tasks it is given , require it to work quite hard...

So week 5 exercises -
Do a 5- minute warm up, by getting relaxed while balancing.... Try some grounding or breathing techniques...

And once comfortable balancing, hold a piece of paper or a book in your hands. After 1 minute of balancing while holding the book, Start reading.... Or at least trying to read...

When i do this, it overloads my cerebellum, and i can only read while im not maintaining balance... And this is a great measure , of the level of "strength" of your cerrebellum...

For me , reading an balancing are not something i can do at the same time... However i only discovered this yesterday!! So ive now included reading a passage from a magizine, at the end, of my daily exercise...

With daily practice, i will be able to read while balancing!!

Have a great day!!
